Hi, I just wanted to email you to say how I cannot fault both the quality of the prints and the speed of service that you guys deliver. I used to use a local lab but got let down big time so started to use various online labs until someone recommended you - very happy to have found you guys. The online ordering is simple to use and love the edit option (to view the cropping of images), and delivery is spot-on, esp now Ive moved to doing "courier" as opposed to royal mail. You guys are simply UNBELIEVABLE. I sent my order to you around 1pm yesterday (Jan 30th), and the prints arrived today - New Year's Eve.
I know you're fast, but I wasn't expecting to receive anything this side of the New Year.
The combination of great quality, reasonable prices, and fast turnaround times explains why I will never print at home ever again. Put simply, it just doesn't get any better than this.

I have just received back from you my third order in the past month and, once again, my prints were delivered the day after I placed the order.

Like many others I have tried alternative photo printing services but they can’t match the quality, service and prices that I have received from you.

The colour profiles you provide mean that the prints I am getting back are identical to those on my PC monitor, the metallic sheen of the pearl paper really adds punch to my prints and is well worth the slightly extra cost. Even the fact that my prints are delivered “flat-packed” rather than rolled up in a tube is exceptionally useful when it comes to mounting and framing them.

 

A thoroughly outstanding service and I will certainly continue to recommend you to my friends and family.

It's not often I feel the need to write to a company about their service but today that need is very strong.

After using printing shops for many years I decided, upon recommendation, to give DSCL a go...

I was shocked at what I found....

 

I found an easy online ordering system which uploaded my images quickly and efficiently.  It was so easy to choose the size of print I wanted and to see how the photo would fit into that size.  In fact, the whole thing was far to easy and at a far more reasonable price than the High Street shop. I have to admit I had high expectations that the print quality or the delivery time would be the downfall of DSCL.... I confirmed my order, received my email confirmation and waited....

 

The very next day my photos arrived in the post, really well packaged and the print quality I felt was far more superior than the printing shops I had used. 

One could say DSCL didn't live up to my expectations..... They exceeded them!

Just receive my prints which I'm delighted!!

I've been using a top Pro Lab in London for some years and at first I was a bit dubious as your prices are very very competitive but thought I'd give you a try.

I downloaded the Paper Profiles and pre sized my images, it was so easy to do and the customer service has been second to none. I will now switch over to DSCL after receiving my prints.

I have quite recently acquired of your photographic services, and having been in the business for more than 30 years, I am absolutely delighted with the service I receive by dscolourlabs. It is, as Alan Hansen would say, "unbelievably good".

I cannot comprehend that if I send quite a few reprints online just before midday on Tuesday, I receive the finished photos next morning at 10 a.m. . .  and that is in Northern Ireland!!! Yesterday I uploaded some pictures to you. I wasn't sure what I would get back but thought I would give your lab a try. I wanted 18" x 12" prints and thought for 99p each, there must be a catch. Well this morning (less than 24 hrs after I uploaded them), a parcel arrived with my prints in. I was absolutely delighted. 12 stunning prints. The quality was every bit as good as if I'd done them on my inkjet printer on best quality settings but at a fraction of the price and the service was unbelievable.

Excellently packed and printed perfectly.

It was a comparison print job of an identical previous Photobox Order to compare your service.

The print quality had truer colour than the photobox which had a slight yellow cast and the paper was a heavier grammage than Photobox.
