I just wanted to comment on the amazing service that I have received from your company. Yesterday, after speaking to a helpful and informative member of staff I ordered 5 14x11 prints, I was absolutely gobsmacked when the postman delivered them today!! I was a little worried about the quality of the prints before I ordered as they were soooo cheap, my local printing shop were charging £9.99 per print compared with your £1.05!! I need not have worried, the quality is superb. I will never order prints from anywhere else again and I will be telling ALL my friends!! Its not very often you receive good customer service and great value like this anymore.

Hi, I just wanted to email you to say how I cannot fault both the quality of the prints and the speed of service that you guys deliver. I used to use a local lab but got let down big time so started to use various online labs until someone recommended you - very happy to have found you guys. The online ordering is simple to use and love the edit option (to view the cropping of images), and delivery is spot-on, esp now Ive moved to doing "courier" as opposed to royal mail. I know you''re fast, but I wasn''t expecting to receive anything this side of the New Year.

To be honest I never expected them to look so good considering the price of them.  The skin tone is as near to perfect as the model was. I have just received back from you my third order in the past month and, once again, my prints were delivered the day after I placed the order.

Like many others I have tried alternative photo printing services but they can’t match the quality, service and prices that I have received from you.

The colour profiles you provide mean that the prints I am getting back are identical to those on my PC monitor, the metallic sheen of the pearl paper really adds punch to my prints and is well worth the slightly extra cost. Even the fact that my prints are delivered “flat-packed” rather than rolled up in a tube is exceptionally useful when it comes to mounting and framing them.

A thoroughly outstanding service and I will certainly continue to recommend you to my friends and family.

It''s not often I feel the need to write to a company about their service but today that need is very strong.

After using printing shops for many years I decided, upon recommendation, to give DSCL a go...

I was shocked at what I found....

I found an easy online ordering system which uploaded my images quickly and efficiently. It was so easy to choose the size of print I wanted and to see how the photo would fit into that size. In fact, the whole thing was far too easy and at a far more reasonable price than the High Street shop. I have to admit I had high expectations that the print quality or the delivery time would be the downfall of DSCL.... I confirmed my order, received my email confirmation and waited....

The very next day my photos arrived in the post, really well packaged and the print quality I felt was far more superior than the printing shops I had used.

One could say DSCL didn''t live up to my expectations..... They exceeded them!

I''ve been using a top Pro Lab in London for some years and at first I was a bit dubious as your prices are very very competitive but thought I''d give you a try.

I downloaded the Paper Profiles and pre sized my images, it was so easy to do and the customer service has been second to none. I will now switch over to DSCL after receiving my prints.
