Help on getting started.

This section will help you with any problems you may have getting started.

Please Note you will only have to do this procedure once.

For users of Firefox (Sorry our web based software does not run using Firefox )

STEP 1: First Click on either of the two links from our home page.

If you receive this error message then your computer doesn`t have Adobe Flash installed

you will need to click the link below to install this first. Please note most computers have

this installed as standard.

STEP 2:

Once you have installed Adobe flash return to step one. Then once you have clicked

on the main get started button a new window will apear like the one below. You need to

click Run the Kiosk .

STEP 3

Then click on the yellow tool bar like below.

STEP 4

This will then prompt you to install the activex control. Click install activex.

STEP 5

Then you will be propmted again to install the kiosk bootstrap click install.

STEP 6

You should now be able to order your products. Please note you only ever have to do this

procedure once.
