Help on getting started.

This information is only for option 1

Our software will only run on Internet Exlorer 6 and above and also Firefox.

You also have to have Adobe Flash Player Installed click here to install flash

Please Note you will only have to do this procedure once.

STEP 1: First Click on either of the two links from our home page.

If you receive this error message then your computer doesn`t have Adobe Flash installed

you will need to click the link below to install this first. Please note most computers have

this installed as standard.

Click here to install Adobe Flash. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Once this has been installed please re start your pc. If you continue to get this message

uninstall flash then restart your pc and then re install it.

STEP 2:

Once you have installed Adobe flash return to step one. Then once you have clicked

on the main get started button a new window will apear like the one below. You need to

click Run the Kiosk .

STEP 3

Then click on the yellow tool bar like below. If the yellow bar doesn`t appear then click

on the tools tab on the top right hand side of IE select pop-up blocker then pop-up blocker settings. Then type in the website name and make sure the filter level is set to low.

STEP 4

This will then prompt you to install the activex control. Click install activex.

STEP 5

Then you will be propmted again to install the kiosk bootstrap click install.

STEP 6

You should now be able to order your products. Please note you only ever have to do this

procedure once.
