How quick will I receive my prints?

All orders received before 2pm are sent out the same day. For large orders please allow 48 hours.

What Delivery options can I select?

We have 4 delivery options special delivery, recorded delivery, first class and City Link courier service.

What are the delivery costs?

Please see our postage rate section for all of our prices. The prices are worked out on size and weight depending on how many prints and sizes you order. see here.

What file format can I send?

Generally Jpeg is the standard format but we can also work with tiff and psd files. As a rule please send JPEGS.

What is the biggest file I can send you?

We can deal with any size of file but the bigger the files the slower the upload time would be.

What dpi should I use?

300dpi is the standard as a jpeg.

What happens if my prints don’t arrive?

If your prints don’t arrive or maybe lost in the post? If after 10days your order doesn’t arrive we will reprint your order at an agreed cost with you and DSCL.

What if my prints are damaged in transit?

All of our packing is made bespoke for us. Generally all our orders are received in perfect condition as our packing is tried and tested we very rarely get any orders damaged. If however your prints do get damaged will re print them free of charge?

What if I don’t get a confirmation email?

If you don’t get a confirmation email this would indicate that your order hasn’t been uploaded. However on the odd occasion our system can make a mistake please phone for confirmation if in doubt.

Why are your prices so cheap?

Our prices are so cheap as the system we have in place to handle your orders is very automatic and as we deal with hundreds of orders each working day we can pass on our savings to you.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is £2

What paper surfaces do you print on?

Glossy and Lustre.

What type of paper do you print on?

Fuji standard crystal archive for glossy prints and Fuji DP Professional paper for the Lustre (this also has copyright written on the reverse of the paper) This suits are professional photographers very well.

What machines do you use?

We use state of the art Fuji Frontier 570 Printers.
