How long until I can expect my canvas to arrive?
Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.

What time will my canvas arrive?
If you select Courier you will receive a email with a one hour time slot so you know when to be in.

Which file formats do you accept?
Generally jpeg and tiff formats but we can work from most formats please phone for more info.

What sizes do you offer?
We can offer most sizes that you would require upto 40" wide.

What Resolution image should I use?:
All files should be supplied with a minimum resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch). Most modern digital cameras produce a file that is more than adequate. Please don''t hesitate to contact us for further guidance.

Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?
As your canvas will arrive by courier you would need to be there to sign for the delivery. Alternatively you could have your order shipped to your work place or a friends house where you know someone will be in.

How much does delivery cost?
Our standard courier price is from £7.99 per order going to the same address.

How are the canvases packed
All our canvases are wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a specially made double corrugated card board box.

Are the canvases Varnished?
Yes all our canvases are coated with the latest Timeless Giclee Varnish see here for more details.
